Payment is after the first sketch. Once I showed the sketch, payment should be made and i'll start your commission.

The first rule doesn't apply for sketch and custom design commissions. For those the payment must be done upfront.

I'll send you WIPs so you can check and give corrections. Big corrections ONLY in the sketch phase. After you approve it, if you need a big correction, it will have extra charge.

For commercial works, there will be extra charge. Please tell me with anticipation.

Detailed characters may increase the price. Also apply for customs designs.

A clear reference of the character is needed for regular commissions. I won't accept request with random images for an idea of the character design. This will be count as a custom design and not regular art commission.

I have the right to decline any commission requests if I feel I am unable to fulfil your requests.

The price is per character. Discount of more characters only will be available on certain special dates.

Even if you bought art from me is EXTREMELY PROHIBITED to use it to feed the AI. Please DO NOT use my art in those, I would never allow this practice in any context. If you do so, you'll be blacklisted.

Payment only via Paypal with invoice. Only USD.

Once payment has been made, I do not accept refunds or chargebacks.

You may cancel the commission if payment has not been made yet, and I have not started your commission.

In the case that I have not started your commission within 4 months after payment, you are able to ask for a full refund. If this occurs, I sincerely apologize.

If I have started your commission, but not finished it within the 5 months after the payment, you can ask for a refund.

If after 1 month I accepted a commission I don't receive any response nor payment, I will cancel the commission and move on.

In case I didn't receive any response after 2 weeks I got the payment and start the drawing, I will have to pause it, and unfortunately I will put it on hold until finishing other current commissions since getting stuck on a commission will affect the progress of others on queue. I'm not responsible of the lack of feedback of the client when I already updated my progress, since I can't keep working until the client check it.

If when your turn on the waitlist arrives, you don't answer in a week, either for accept or decline, you will be removed from the waitlist to give the quota to other interested clients.

Basic turnaround time is from 4 weeks to 4 months. Please be patient and don't pressure me if I haven't showed you a sketch in the first 5 days, for example.

In case of multiple commissions from a same person, every single commission will count as individual for the T.A.T. I may finish faster, but just in case please be patient.

I only work on one to three drawings at a time and in a predetermined order by whoever commissioned me first. That mean that I will not start your drawing until I have finished the ones before yours, please be patient.

If you're in a rush and want your art quickly, a rush fee will be included (is not always available and will depend on my schedule so please ask beforehands for availability).

For rush orders, please be rational with the time given. Large orders, such as 2D models or reference sheets, will require at least one month.

Rush orders need to be discussed beforehand to give me proper time to focus on it; I won't accept to change suddenly a regular commission to a rush one in middle of the wait.

If you need a commission for a specific date such as birthdays, please let me know beforehands to have it in mind, but if it's required to be done before a month, it will count as a rush commission and rush fee may be added.

Once again, for commercial works, there will be extra charge. It will depend on the use you will give to that art, either comercial usage or full comercial usage.

All profits made from the use of my illustrations will belong to the commissioner unless agreed upon otherwise.

Illustrations used for streaming will be counted as commercial use. That means PNGTuver, Vtubers, emotes, any decoration chibi for alarms, icons, charge screens illustrations, etc, will have the commercial fee. Please be honest with the use of your request.

In case of buying the rights of the illustration, it will below to the buyer, but always remember give me credits for the art.

You can not use any of my art for NFT nor sell it for NFT purposes. Doing so will get you permanently blacklisted.

You are not allowed to claim/credit my art as your own.

You are not allowed to edit, trace or modify my art unless stated so.

You are not allowed to distribute any of my art for anyone else to freely use/edit on any sites.

You are not allowed to make commercial merchandise of my art without paying comercial usage. Personal merch for yourself (and not to sell) is ok!

If you request a custom character, even if the general ideas was given by you, the credit for the design itself it's mine, so please, don't claim the design as yours and give me the proper credits for it.

Resells, trades or gift my design (custom or adoptables) are allowed. But resells only for the same price as you inicially buy it. If more art was added, then the price can be increased as wanted.

Auction my designs are EXTRINCTLY PROHIBITED. Please do not do auctions with a design you bought of me without my knowledge and my approval.

Auction with my design it's allowed only if it was a contract with the seller and me (the designer) and it was a mutually beneficial agreement.

If you are interested on a design made by me that someone is reselling and you want to use it for commercial purposes, please discuss that with me and not the reseller.

You are allowed to edit my design.

Please always credit me where you can as: @Cronibae. (I have an account in almost every platform, included Toyhou.se)

You can pay 50% first if you want, but I won't finish the color nor give you the file unless you pay the other 50%. You can also do the full payment in the initial phase if you want, it's client choice.

Models are commercial use only and have the commercial fee included, that means even if you want a model for personal use, you have to pay the model as commercial product anyway.

You can re-sell the model but only at the same price or lower, and you have to tell me who will be the new user. You can only sell it at a high price if you bought extra art, resources, layouts, emotes, etc, and sell it as a bundle.

I DO NOT ALLOW ANY DRAW OVER ON MY PIECES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If you have an issue with a piece you received, let me know and I will fix it for you.

Only the PSD file will be delivered. If you want the images in png separately, please state it beforehand and it will be have an extra cost.

The model comes with a basic open and closed mouth. If you want the differents shapes of AEIOU vocals for a smooth movement in the rig, please say it beforehand, but it will have an extra charge.

If you are not satisfied with the finished product, you are not allowed to issue a refund.

If you are not satisfied with the finished product because I have drawn/forgotten any detail/colour or have messed up on anything else with the character/design (That has been stated/shown in your reference), I will correct it but no refunds will be issued.

If you don't send me a proper form to request a commission, I'll take it as you didn't read my T.O.S and won't accept your commission.

I will not accept drawing anything that affects the integrity of other people or is morally questionable such as: inappropriate situations with minors, harassment of someone irl, hate or anti-LGBT messages, racism, etc.

If you fail to abide by my T.O.S, you will be blacklisted from any future commissions.
